  • Book an introductory call to tell us about you, your business and how we can help. From there, we can determine the best monthly package plan for you and a timeline of when we can begin.

  • For the first three (3) months of working together, our services are billed hourly.

    After three months of full cycle bookkeeping, we have assessed your needs and then switch to a monthly fixed fee amount.

  • Yes, we can. We have performed migrations for other clients using the Desktop version and recommended the move to Online.

    Intuit will be phasing out support for the Desktop version and no longer supports version from 2020 or older.

  • We are cloud accounting specialists and rely on our technology partners to retrieve data from your banks, from receipts and from your customer payments online.

  • We require each business to obtain a CRA MyBusiness Account.

    The steps are outlined on CRA’s site and can be found here:

  • It means we will liaise closely with your Accountant for Year-End preparation and tax filings that he/she will remit on your behalf.

    We invite your CPA to the Quickbooks Online file and they have live, full access at any point to see your financials.

    It creates a symbiotic relationship and allows you, the business owner, to have a full team working on your behalf when you need it.

  • Yes, as we already have your full set of records over the course of the year, we can go ahead with your personal tax filing(s) as well.

  • While we do offer bookkeeping for small business in general, we are particularly well skilled in high-tech and e-commerce bookkeeping.
