REQUIREMENTS
 

• Quickbooks Pro-Advisor (Advanced Preferred)

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping

EXPERIENCE

• Five (5) years bookkeeping experience in Quickbooks 

• Experience with cloud accounting applications (Dext, Hubdoc, etc.)

• Knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP best practices

• Knowledge of Employment Standards and Payroll

• Excellent multi-tasking ability working on multiple client files

• Exemplary, top-notch customer service skills

• Industry knowledge of E-Commerce or Non-Profits or Startups

JOB SUMMARY
 

• Posting & filing tax reports both provincially and federally

• Accounts payable and receivables

• Processing payroll, T4's & filing source deduction remittances

• Monthly bank reconciliations

• Posting journal entries

• Liaising with CPA's

• Preparing monthly client packages with financial statements​
